A personal profile is a psychometric test which is offered in conjunction with a career coaching package, as part of a team development workshop or on its own to help you to better understand yourself.

DISC personal profiles analysis

The DISC personal profile is a psychometric test which measures your behaviour and personal style, and provides an insight into how you behave at work.  Linked to a coaching programme, a personal profile will allow you to understand your strengths and your limitations. Certain personal styles suit different occupations and the profile can help you to identify your ideal career, so you can be more satisfied at work.

For teams it can help them to become more effective by understanding the collective strengths and weaknesses of team members, appreciate individual motivators and drivers, and for the manager to learn how to get the most out of individuals and the wider team.

Emotional Intelligence questionnaire

Emotional Intelligence (EI) is a term originally coined by two US psychologists, Peter Salovey and John Mayer. They have defined EI as a “learned ability to perceive, understand and express our feelings accurately and to control our emotions so that they work for us, not against us”.

Research suggests that emotional intelligence accounts for as much as 31% of management success. Competencies such as interpersonal skills, empathy and your ability to influence others impacts hugely on your performance at work.
